By booking a strategy call, engaging our services, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and MangoDiv LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our website at mangodivllc.com and all web design, development, and related services we provide.
By proceeding with any paid engagement, signing a project proposal, or making any payment to MangoDiv LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
MangoDiv LLC provides professional web design and development services including but not limited to:
The specific scope of services for each project will be outlined in a written project proposal or agreement provided to the Client prior to commencement of work.
All projects begin with a discovery call to understand your business goals. Following the call, MangoDiv LLC will provide a written proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Work begins only after written approval and receipt of the initial deposit.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith based on project complexity:
Timelines begin from the date all required content, assets, and materials are received from the Client. Delays caused by late content delivery from the Client will extend the timeline accordingly and MangoDiv LLC shall not be held responsible for such delays.
Clients will receive a live preview link for review before final delivery. The number of revision rounds included depends on the selected package, as detailed in the project proposal.
Payment methods will be specified in the project proposal. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
If final payment is not received within 14 days of project completion, MangoDiv LLC reserves the right to suspend delivery of final files and take the website offline until payment is received.
The upfront deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers time spent on discovery, planning, and initial design work. If the Client cancels the project after work has begun:
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Revisions are defined as minor adjustments to existing design elements such as colors, fonts, text, or layout tweaks.
⚠️ Revision rounds do not include new pages, new features, or significant redesigns. These are considered scope changes and will be quoted separately.
Any requests that fall outside the agreed project scope will be treated as a change order. MangoDiv LLC will provide a quote for additional work before proceeding. Change orders must be approved in writing.
To ensure timely project delivery, the Client agrees to:
MangoDiv LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by the Client's failure to fulfill these responsibilities.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client receives full ownership of the completed website design and all custom code created specifically for their project.
The website may incorporate third-party elements such as WordPress themes, plugins, stock images, or Google Fonts. These remain subject to their respective licenses and are not owned by the Client or MangoDiv LLC.
MangoDiv LLC reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and in marketing materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.
All work created by MangoDiv LLC remains the intellectual property of MangoDiv LLC until full payment is received. The Client does not have rights to use, publish, or distribute any deliverables until the final invoice is paid in full.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, pricing structures, unreleased products, and login credentials.
MangoDiv LLC will not share your business information, website credentials, or project details with any unauthorized third parties. All login credentials and sensitive data will be handled securely and deleted from our systems upon project completion if requested.
MangoDiv LLC warrants that:
⚠️ MangoDiv LLC does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, conversion rates, or business results. Website performance depends on many factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, and the Client's own marketing efforts.
Our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted, as factors such as hosting, third-party plugins, and external services are outside our direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MangoDiv LLC's total liability to the Client for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
MangoDiv LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or reputational damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:
MangoDiv LLC reserves the right to terminate a project immediately if the Client engages in abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior, or requests work that violates any laws or third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before pursuing litigation. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
